This procurement aims to support AFN's mission by enabling them to provide diverse audio content digitally, terrestrially, and via satellite. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for several key tasks: 1) Providing 24/7 music format feeds including Current Country hits, New Rhythmic/Urban hits, and Seasonal Holiday music formats. This includes: a) Two continuous automated music format services (Mainstream Country and New Rhythmic/Urban), professionally programmed and lightly hosted; b) A continuous seasonal/holiday music service from the Wednesday before Thanksgiving through January 2; c) Technical integration with AFN's existing systems (BE/AudioVAULT, Wheatstone/WheatNet, MusicMaster); d) Ensuring commercial-free content by providing necessary cues to prevent advertising; e) Obtaining all necessary performance rights and clearances for distribution; f) Supplying necessary equipment for broadcast quality signals. 2) Providing online access to imaging and branding materials. 3) Offering online DJ/radio show preparation materials. 4) Providing access to US terrestrial and streaming music research services (e.g., MediaBase). 5) Offering additional programming content such as concerts and events. 6) Delivering support services including technical assistance available 24/7 with a response time of no more than 30 minutes for off-air situations.
