CMS Billingsville Montessori Conversion Phase 1.5

Clancy & Theys Construction Co. in Association with The Daniele Company is seeking bids for the CMS Billingsville Montessori Conversion Phase 1.5 project. This includes various bid packages such as General Trades, Building Cleaning, Rough Carpentry/Repair, Acoustical Ceilings, HVAC, Electrical, and Sitework. The work involves construction support, miscellaneous repairs, complete replacement of the existing BAS System, minor electrical work, and milling, overlay, and restriping of the front parking lot and entrance drives. A pre-bid and site walk meeting is scheduled for February 17th, 2026, from 4 PM to 6 PM at Billingsville Elementary School. Bidders must be pre-qualified and approved to submit a bid. Sealed bids will be opened in person at Clancy & Theys Office on March 9th, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
