Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208, for the Clear Creek Elementary School, Roof Recover Project Roof Areas C2, C3, C4, C5, and C7, Charlotte, North Carolina. At this time and place, bids will be opened and read. Bids should be delivered to Attn: Yolanda Ferguson, at the above address and time. Bids can be hand delivered, mailed, or e-mailed to yolandas.fergerson@cms.k12.nc.us. This is a formal bid with a public bid opening. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained electronically from Terracon Consultants, Inc. Interested parties should contact Vicky Neal at Vicky.Neal@Terracon.com for a link to the Specifications and Drawings. The plans will also be available for viewing at the Electronic Plan Rooms of McGraw Hill Dodge and ConstructConnect. A Mandatory Prebid Meeting will be held at Clear Creek Elementary School, 13501 Albemarle Road, Charlotte, North Carolina 28227, at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Qualified Minority-Owned Contractors are encouraged to bid. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
