Marianna Sanitary Sewer & Waterline Improvements Project

The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is seeking bids for the Marianna Sanitary Sewer & Waterline Improvements Project, which includes Project Nos. LS 21-29, LS 22-30, LS 24-35, and CD 25-09. Bids must be submitted by 10 a.m. on February 19, 2026, at the office located at 90 West Chestnut Street, Suite 700, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. There are no pre-bid meetings mentioned in the notice. Bidders are required to submit a bid guaranty of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Only documents purchased directly from Sleighter Design will be accepted. Bids may be held for up to forty-five (45) days for review and qualification purposes before the contract is awarded. Contractors must be able to start work within fifteen (15) days of contract execution and complete it within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
