Background The Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) is issuing this solicitation for the MOH Partial HVAC System Replacement project at the Manassas Campus. The project aims to replace eight existing rooftop HVAC units to enhance the facility's climate control systems and ensure operational efficiency. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the complete replacement of eight rooftop HVAC units at the NVCC Manassas Campus. This includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment as specified in the Plans and Specifications dated June 4, 2025, prepared by Syska Hennessy Group. The work must comply with all applicable codes and standards, including the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. The project is expected to be completed within a total of 56 consecutive days from the date of commencement as specified in the Notice to Proceed. Period of Performance The contract period will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and is expected to last for 56 consecutive days for substantial completion, followed by an additional 30 consecutive days for final completion.
