Background The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Virginia Community College System, is issuing a solicitation for the AFA Building Reconstruct Rehearsal Hall Duct project at Northern Virginia Community College's Alexandria Campus. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be registered in eVA (Virginia's electronic procurement system). Contractors must hold a valid Virginia contractor license appropriate for the contract value: Class A for contracts over $120,000 or Class B for contracts between $10,000 and $120,000. Bidders are also required to submit a Small Business Procurement Plan detailing their proposed percentage of participation by small businesses.
