Background The U.S. Coast Guard Base Los Angeles Long Beach intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Fortior Solutions, LLC for the provision of access control equipment, subscription services, software, and maintenance for handheld scanners. This contract is necessary to meet specific security requirements at the base, as Fortior Solutions is the sole provider of the Omnivee® Program and its associated RcX capabilities. Work Details The Contractor shall provide Omnivee Vendor and Omnivee Visitor services for Base Los Angeles Long Beach. The Omnivee Vendor service includes biometric registration, individual participant vetting, adjudication and waivers, vendor enrollment, and program support. The Omnivee Visitor service includes credential validation, access eligibility verification, electronic guest list management, and event management pop-ups. Additionally, the contractor must develop a quality control plan to ensure services are performed acceptably and correct any deficiencies at no additional cost to the government.
