TC Communications - Fiber Optic Upgrade Equipment

Posted: June 16, 2026, 3:52 p.m. EDT The 42nd Operation Support Squadron (42 OSS), in coordination with the 42nd Communications Squadron (42 COMM) at Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, requests quotes for Fiber Optic Upgrade Equipment to connect Air Traffic Control (ATC) radios to the existing fiber communications infrastructure. Fiber cabling is already in place between the ATC tower and the radios; this procurement will provide the equipment necessary to complete the connection. All equipment must be TC Communications products, the only authorized solution per AO 23 20. This announcement serves as the sole solicitation; written solicitations will not be issued. Quotes are requested accordingly. This amendment updates and corrects portions of the previously issued solicitation. Attached you will find the revised RFQ, as well as a version showing all tracked changes for your reference. The updated clause set is also included. Please note that the offeror submission deadline has been extended to Friday, 19 June 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT.
