This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fully Automated Blood Testing Machine (QTY= 2 EA) Must meet the following salient characteristics: - Must produce accurate results in 12 minutes or less. - Must only require 0.1cc (100 microliters) of blood to accomplish testing. - Must test for the following: - electrolytes - lipids - basic/chemistry/comprehensive metabolic - hepatic and renal function panels - Self-calibrating - Color touch screen - Produce test result printouts directly from machine - Weigh no more than 13 lbs. - Do not exceed dimensions of 8 inches x 7 inches x 13 inches - Power requirement: 100-240 volts AC, 50-60 Hz - Must operate between 59-90 F (15-32 C)

Evaluation Criteria

Award will be made in accordance with the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 included in this notice. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions. Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
