Precast Concrete Drainage Inlet Structures And Parts

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the procurement of precast concrete drainage inlet structures and parts. The goal of this contract is to establish a purchase order for supplying the State with the specified items in accordance with the requirements outlined in this bid invitation.

Work Details

The contract involves providing various precast concrete drainage inlet structures and associated parts. Specific items include: - 12 units of 2ft diameter gutter inlet with a 30" sump (model 30SGI) - 12 units of 15" hope pipe boot (model S106-20WP-EX) - 12 units of ADS 15" pipe boot adaptor (model CGA-15) - 12 units of boot pipe clamp (model PC306) - 3 units of 2ft square gutter inlet, 3'-0" tall overall (model 30SSGI) - Additional quantities of various risers and concrete blocks as specified in the bid document. All products must meet or exceed the specifications provided.

Period of Performance

The delivery of items is required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to the NH Department of Transportation, located at 17 Switch Road, Andover, NH 03216.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor will also need to provide warranties for all equipment/items awarded for a period not less than one year.
