Background The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the National Cemetery Administration, is issuing this solicitation for the provision of concrete grave liners for the Sarasota National Cemetery. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the cemetery has the necessary grave liners that comply with National Cemetery Regulations and Standards, thereby supporting their mission to honor veterans and their families. Work Details The contractor shall furnish concrete grave liners with a removable lid as outlined in the Statement of Work. The grave liners must be made from pre-cast concrete to support the weight of surrounding earth in a predetermined gravesite. The specific grave liner requirements include: 1. GL2 30x86 (inside dimension) - Quantity: 8 2. GL7 35x90 (inside dimension) - Quantity: 3 3. GL8 39x93 (inside dimension) - Quantity: 1 These services will be provided on an 'On-Call' as-needed basis during the contract period, which includes a base year and four option years. Period of Performance Base Year: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027; Option Year One: July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2028; Option Year Two: July 1, 2028 – June 30, 2029; Option Year Three: July 1, 2029 – June 30, 2030; Option Year Four: July 1, 2030 – June 30, 2031.
