Athletic Field Equipment & Field Maintenance Supplies for Baseball/Softball

The City of East Ridge is seeking sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the provision of Athletic Field Equipment and Field Maintenance Supplies for Baseball/Softball Fields at Camp Jordan Park for the period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Bid specification packages can be accessed online at www.eastridgetn.gov/bids. Interested parties may also reach out to the City Clerk's Office by calling 423-867-7711 or by sending an email to jdeitrick@eastridgetn.gov for further information. Bids must be submitted by 2:30 PM EDT on July 15, 2026, at City Hall, located at 1517 Tombras Ave, East Ridge, TN 37412. At this time, all bids will be opened and publicly read. It is important that all bids are clearly marked with the title 2026-2027 East Ridge Parks and Recreation Athletic Field Equipment & Field Maintenance Supplies on the exterior of the sealed envelope. Please note that all items and quantities specified in the bid documents are estimates and may change based on the field supply needs throughout the year. The City of East Ridge retains the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and award the bid in a manner that serves the best interests of the City.
