Work Details

Processing waste tires for recycling or proper disposal where recycling is not feasible. 4. Implementing invoicing mechanisms for Waste Tire Generators based on the contract rate per tire versus reimbursement rates. 5. Compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws regarding waste tire management. 6. Providing necessary equipment for processing and ensuring timely pickup of containers at transfer facilities within seventy-two hours of notification.

Period of Performance

The anticipated start date for the contract is August 2026 with an initial term of one year. The contract may be renewed for up to six additional one-year terms based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed in District 4 of Arkansas which includes multiple counties such as Ashley County Landfill in Hamburg and Desha County Landfill in Tillar.

Bidder Requirements

Prospective Contractors must have a minimum of five years of experience in similar services and hold valid permits including a Waste Tire Collection Center Permit and a Waste Tire Transporter License in Arkansas. They must also not have any regulatory violations with the Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
