Background The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) is seeking to replace failing GE Flashpad Detectors currently in use with the GE Healthcare Discovery XR656 system. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, located in Houston, Texas, is managing this procurement to ensure the healthcare system can continue to provide necessary medical imaging services. Work Details CAVHS requires two (2) GE Flashpad Detectors compatible with the GE Healthcare Discovery XR656 System. The specifications for the detectors include: A. Essential characteristics: Must be compatible with the existing system. B. Minimum requirements: Must capture radiation and convert it into a measurable signal or visible image. C. Complete identification: Flashpad detector (Part #53400-7). Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be authorized distributors or OEMs of GE Healthcare products and must provide documentation demonstrating compatibility with the existing GE Healthcare Discovery System. Additionally, bidders should indicate whether their product is domestic or non-domestic.
