Background

Washington County is soliciting bids for the CSAH 14 (34th St N) at High Point Dr Intersection Improvement Project. The goal of this project is to enhance traffic safety and accessibility through various improvements, including signal system revisions and ADA compliance.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: revise the signal system, implement ADA curb ramp improvements, modify the median, and perform signing and striping. Major quantities include: - Remove Bituminous Pavement (3169 SQ FT) - 6” Concrete Walk (1896 SQ FT) - Revise Signal System (1 SYSTEM) - Crosswalk Pref Thermo Gr In ESR (1200 SQ FT).

Period of Performance

The contract work is to be completed by July 14, 2026.

The project will be performed at the intersection of CSAH 14 (34th St N) and High Point Dr in Stillwater, Minnesota.
