Master Contract for Enhancing Organizational Capacity

Work Requested

The Metropolitan Council is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a range of professional services to support Metro Transit. The work of the contract includes, but is not limited to: - Change management - Project management - Business analysis - Program evaluation - Procedure and data analysis - Planning These services will be delivered on an as-needed basis and will support Metro Transit in effectively implementing and adopting changes, managing projects, conducting business and program analysis, evaluating programs, analyzing procedures and data, and integrating planning processes. The specific Areas of Expertise required are detailed in Attachment 1 Scope of Work. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Metropolitan Council (Council).

Background

The Metropolitan Council requires external support to enhance Metro Transit's organizational capacity. The goal is to ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes, efficient project management, thorough business analysis, comprehensive program evaluation, effective procedure and data analysis, and integrated planning.

Contract Requirements

Proposers must be able to provide services in each defined Area of Expertise as outlined in Attachment 1 Scope of Work. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis.
