Purchase and Delivery of Pump Motor for Reverse Osmosis Plant Feed

Work Requested

The City of Deerfield Beach is seeking sealed bids for the manufacture, delivery, and unloading of one (1) complete and ready-for-service pump motor for reverse osmosis plant feed. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to fulfill this requirement in accordance with the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in the Invitation to Bid (ITB).

Background

This contract is intended to support the operational needs of the City of Deerfield Beach's reverse osmosis plant by procuring a pump motor that meets all specified requirements.

Contract Requirements

- Vendors must hold all licenses, registrations, and certifications required by law to manufacture, supply, and deliver the specified equipment. - Vendors must have an active registration with the Florida Division of Corporations prior to the bid submittal deadline. - Refer to Attachment G, Minimum Qualifications and Requirements, for further details.

Instructions on Submission

All questions or requests for clarification regarding the solicitation requirements must be submitted through the eProcurement Marketplace by the deadline indicated in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will provide responses to all questions via eProcurement.

Additional Information

The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on the terms and coverage that best serve the interests of the City.
