Line Striping Machine

Background

Miami-Dade County is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors for a Line Striping Machine for Haulover Park. This ITQ is issued pursuant to Miami-Dade County Pool of Prequalified Vendors, specifically under Category 76572 for Striping Machines and Accessories.

Work Details

The awarded vendor/supplier shall deliver a Line Striping Machine that meets the specifications outlined in this Invitation to Quote (ITQ). Delivery costs for all proposed items must be included in the quoted price. Vendors must ensure that their delivery drivers offload all items directly to the floor of the delivery location facility if no forklift or skid steer is available. Miami-Dade County reserves the right to purchase additional quantities of the Line Striping Machine at the quoted prices during the validity period of the quote.

Period of Performance

The contract shall commence on the first calendar day of the month succeeding approval by the County Mayor or designee. It will remain in effect until all goods are delivered and accepted by the County's authorized representative. Quotes are valid for twelve months from the bid due date.

Place of Performance

Delivery/service will be required at Haulover Park, located at 10800 Collins Avenue, Miami, Florida 33154.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit their bids electronically through INFORMS and ensure that all documents are uploaded before the solicitation deadline. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must comply with any applicable licensing, insurance, or bonding requirements as specified in Miami-Dade County regulations.
