Continuing Professional Engineering and Support Services for District Cooling Systems

The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is seeking qualified engineering consulting firms to provide a range of professional engineering and support services for OUC District Cooling Systems on an as-needed basis. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to: - Planning and design of district cooling and chilled water systems - Permitting and procurement support - Construction phase services - Commissioning and operational support - Related engineering services for district cooling systems Firms should be prepared to deliver services associated with district cooling plants, chilled water distribution systems, thermal energy storage systems, energy transfer stations, control systems, and related infrastructure.

Background

The purpose of this contract is to establish a pool of qualified engineering consulting firms capable of providing ongoing professional engineering design, consulting, and support services for OUC's District Cooling Systems. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis to support OUC's operational and project requirements.

Contract Requirements

Interested firms must demonstrate experience in providing Civil, Electrical, and/or Mechanical Engineering services specifically related to: - District cooling plants - Chilled water distribution systems - Thermal energy storage systems - Energy transfer stations - Control systems - Associated infrastructure

Submission Instructions

Firms are requested to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that clearly demonstrates their relevant experience and capabilities in the areas outlined above.
