Oil Well Road - Unnamed Creek Culvert

Background

The Kenai Peninsula Borough is seeking qualified firms to submit bids for the ITB27-002 Oil Well Road - Unnamed Creek Culvert project. The purpose of this contract is to provide labor and materials for the removal of existing culverts at Unnamed Creek and replace them with new culverts provided by the Owner. This project aligns with the Borough's mission to maintain and improve infrastructure within its jurisdiction.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for: 1. Removing existing culverts at Unnamed Creek. 2. Installing new culverts provided by the Owner. The project requires adherence to State of Alaska Title 36 Minimum Wage Rates, and contractors must ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Period of Performance

The work is expected to commence upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion required by October 30, 2026.

The work will be performed at Unnamed Creek along Oil Well Road in Soldotna, Alaska.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a valid Alaska Business License and Contractor's License. They are required to submit a Tax Compliance Certificate and may need to provide performance and payment bonds if the bid exceeds $100,000.
