Fine Arts Consultant Services and Materials

Background

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking supplemental proposals from qualified firms and professionals to provide Fine Arts Consultant Services and Materials. The goal of this contract is to enhance the educational experience in Pre K – 12 environments through various consultation services, professional development, and program improvement. This non-exclusive contract will run concurrently with RFP #3229-24.

Work Details

The services requested include: 1. Consultation services across various fine arts disciplines. 2. Professional Development Consulting: Providing specific knowledge transfer to teachers, staff, students, and parents to enhance professional growth. 3. Program Improvement: Assisting administrators in enhancing classes/programs based on expert advice. 4. Program Assistance: Offering specialized skills to support educational programs. 5. Motivational/Keynote Speakers: Engaging speakers to inspire audiences.

Period of Performance

The anticipated contract term is from August 2026 to September 2029.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the Lewisville Independent School District, which encompasses 127 square miles and serves approximately 48,000 students across multiple municipalities including Argyle, Carrollton, Coppell, and others.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must submit all required bid attachments including a W-9 form, insurance certificate, and the 1295 form. Additionally, vendors must comply with Texas Education Code requirements regarding criminal history checks for employees who will have contact with students.
