Landscape, Power, and Handtools

Background

The County of Orange, specifically OC Waste & Recycling, is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors for the procurement of Landscape, Power, and Hand Tools. The purpose of this contract is to establish a formal agreement for the supply of these items to support the County's operations. The contract will be executed under the model contract terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details

The contractor will provide various landscape, power, and hand tools as specified in Attachment A - Scope of Work. This includes but is not limited to items necessary for landscaping and maintenance tasks. The contractor must ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards set forth by the County. Delivery times are critical, and any commodities or services that do not conform to specifications may be rejected by the County.

Period of Performance

The initial term of this contract will commence on September 1, 2026, and will continue for one calendar year. There is an option for renewal by mutual agreement for up to four additional years.

Place of Performance

The services and delivery of products will take place within the geographic boundaries of Orange County, California.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. They must also maintain current business entity registration status throughout the duration of the contract. Additionally, bidders are required to provide evidence of insurance coverage as specified in the contract terms.
