Summary: Background This solicitation (W9126G26QA100) is issued by the government for the installation of a security fence at Belton Lake. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on W9126G23D0032 awarded to Justin J. Reeves for $6,449,176 (03/21/23–03/21/26) supporting USACE Fort Worth District work at Belton Lake and other nearby lakes. The prior scope included security fence installation and fence replacement, along with related site construction and repairs (including carport installation and electrical-related work), which aligns with the current requirement to remove existing fencing and install new 7-foot woven security fencing plus associated gate and optional lighting/bollard enhancements at Belton Lake.
