Software, Online Subscriptions, Hardware, Services and Communication Services

Scope of Work

Mesquite Independent School District (MISD) is seeking qualified individuals and/or companies to provide the following on an "As Needed" basis: - Software - Online subscriptions - Hardware - Services - Communication services These services may include, but are not limited to: - Provision of software and online subscriptions - Phone services - Staff development services to train personnel on the use of subscriptions MISD anticipates awarding contracts to multiple providers in order to access a variety of resources for these needs. All vendors are encouraged to participate, including sole source providers.

Requesting Entity

This solicitation is issued by Mesquite Independent School District (MISD), located at 3819 Towne Crossing Blvd, Suite 204, Mesquite, TX 75150, USA.

Background

MISD will purchase the requested services and products as determined necessary by the district. The district will make the sole determination of need for these services.

Contract Requirements

The contract will begin upon the date of award and continue through June 30 of the award year. The contract may be renewed annually by mutual agreement, but all renewals will not extend beyond May 31, 2031. Federal funds may be used for these procurements. Therefore, all proposals must comply with the procurement standards outlined in CFR Part 200 200.317 through 200.327.

Submission Instructions

Proposals will be accepted and reviewed on a periodic basis. Submitted proposals will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by MISD. Awards will be made throughout the open solicitation period, upon acceptance of a proposal response. Proposers will be notified of the district's decision.
