Summary (Newest Update)

Background The Atlantic Test Range (ATR) is modernizing its Best Source Selection (BSS) systems to meet customer mission requirements that leverage newer RCC IRIG 106 standards. This modernization involves replacing existing Best Source Selectors with advanced units capable of processing IRIG 218 TMoIP and RCC DQE. The contract is intended for GDP Space Systems, which will provide necessary cabling for system integration. Work Details The contract involves the procurement of twenty-five (25) specialized GDP 2267C individual channel cables, part number 781-100441-01, manufactured by Corey Associates LLC. These cables are essential for connecting individual Best Source Selector channels to Chapter 10 recorders as part of the ongoing system upgrade project at the Atlantic Test Range. Period of Performance All items shall be delivered 6-8 weeks after receipt of order. Place of Performance Delivery will be made to the Atlantic Test Range, located at Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division, 47179 Vaughn Road Bldg 665, Patuxent River, MD 20670-5000, United States. Bidder Requirements This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Offerors must submit signed documentation verifying they are an authorized distributor. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract, with Delta Information Systems identified on closely related award N0042126P0009 (Diversity Combining BSS, 16 Chan GDP BSS) valued at $278,038 for the period 12/19/25–04/20/26. The current requirement for GDP 2267C individual channel cables (part number 781-100441-01) for connecting Best Source Selector channels to Chapter 10 recorders is consistent with a continuation of the same BSS/GDP system integration work, likely supporting expansion or completion of prior diversity combining and channel-level functionality.
