Demolition Services At JBSA LAK/ LAK Chapman Annex

Summary: Background The U.S. Air Force is issuing this solicitation for demolition services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, specifically at the Chapman Training Annex. The goal of this contract is to provide all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor for the demolition of seven buildings: B2988, B2989, B4395, B5584, B7362, B7561, and B140. Work Details The contractor shall perform the following tasks: - Demolition of seven buildings at JBSA Lackland: - Building B140 with a period of performance (PoP) of 75 days after award. - Building B7362 with a PoP of 65 days after award. - Building B4395 with a PoP of 35 days after award. - Building B2988 with a PoP of 30 days after award. - Building B7561 with a PoP of 30 days after award. - Building B5584 with a PoP of 35 days after award. - Building B2989 with a PoP of 20 days after award. The current requirement similarly calls for providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor to demolish multiple buildings at JBSA Lackland (Chapman Training Annex), indicating a continuation of base demolition services with comparable scope and execution requirements.
