Background

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Demolition of a two-story residential structure, including all contents and concrete sidewalks. 2. Utility disconnections including sewer, water, gas, and electrical services prior to demolition. 3. Compliance with the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Act requiring submission of compliant time sheets before payment. 4. Site preparation including filling, grading, seeding, and tacking with asphalt. 5. Adherence to local codes and ordinances regarding demolition and disposal of materials. 6. Ensuring that all work is performed by licensed mechanics skilled in their respective trades.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed within a specified timeframe following the bid submission deadline of June 18th, 2026.
