Background The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHS) is soliciting quotations from contractors to provide Data and Voice cabling services for the Orlando VA main campus and its Outpatient Clinics.
