The agency seeks to enhance collaboration and tracking outcomes across its various programs through the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). This RFP aims to solicit proposals from qualified firms or teams to provide a CRM solution that aligns with Prosper Portland's goals.

Work Details

The selected vendor will provide a CRM system that includes: 1) Program Analysis; 2) Program Design, Development, and Implementation; 3) Optional Maintenance Services. Key functionalities required include management and tracking capabilities for client relationships, database maintenance for company profiles, tracking business retention visits, managing grant and loan applications, reporting on business impacts, integrating with communication tools like Outlook, accommodating language translations, and ensuring data migration from existing systems. The vendor must also provide services such as process discovery, system configuration, historical data migration for over 15,000 clients, user training, dashboard creation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to commence in August 2026 and be completed by November 2026.

The work will primarily be performed at Prosper Portland's offices located at 220 NW Second Ave, Ste 200, Portland, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must be legal entities authorized to conduct business in Oregon and obtain a City of Portland Business License. They must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) standards and maintain various insurance coverages including Workers’ Compensation insurance, General Liability insurance with specific coverage limits, Automobile Liability insurance, and Professional Liability insurance.
