Background The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information on the availability and technical capability of businesses to provide engineering services for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) project at Patrick Space Force Base (SFB). The NGA has a mission-critical need for these services to support the Source Geodetic Survey Branch. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather market research to inform the development of an acquisition strategy for pending procurement. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for completing and installing a replacement air-handling unit (AHU), modifying existing ductwork, installing an attic exhaust fan, and performing air-balancing at Patrick SFB. Specific tasks include: - Replacement of air-handling units - Modification of existing ductwork to comply with industry standards - Installation of attic exhaust fans - Air-side testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems - Integration of new HVAC equipment into existing building automation and control systems.
