Cradlepoint License Renewal for STO

Background

This Invitation to Quote (ITQ) is issued by the Miami-Dade County Department of Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces (PROS) for the purpose of obtaining competitive pricing for the renewal of Cradlepoint NetCloud licenses. The goal is to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and compliance with applicable requirements and standards.

Work Details

The contract involves the renewal of Cradlepoint NetCloud licenses, specifically a 1-Year Renewal for NetCloud Mobile Performance. The pricing must be comprehensive, including all components, features, maintenance, and support services typically provided to public-sector agencies for this type of subscription. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on the first calendar day of the month succeeding approval by the County Mayor or designee. It will remain in effect until all goods are delivered and/or services are completed and accepted. Quotes are valid for twelve (12) months from the bid due date.

Place of Performance

Delivery/service will be required at Larry & Penny Thompson Park, Park Ranger Division, 12451 SW 184th ST, Miami, FL 33177. Delivery must occur within 5 calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order.

Bidder Requirements
