Jail Subsurface Moisture Remediation Services

Background

The Lucas County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the remediation of subsurface moisture intrusion at the Lucas County Corrections Center located at 1622 Spielbusch Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43604. This project aims to address moisture issues that may affect the integrity and safety of the facility, ensuring a conducive environment for operations. The contract will be governed by Ohio law, specifically under the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Sections 307.86 to 307.92.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive remediation services to address subsurface moisture intrusion. Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific requirements including submission of a bid bond or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Compliance with Ohio’s prevailing wage laws is mandatory as this project is financed in part by public funds.
