Background

Yavapai County is seeking bids for the placement of chip seal on County maintained roads in Jerome, Sedona, and Village of Oak Creek, Arizona. The goal of this contract is to enhance road surfaces through the application of a CRS-2P 3/8” chip seal and fog seal coat, ensuring improved safety and longevity of the roads. The estimated cost for this project is $3,493,742.80.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services necessary for the project. The scope includes: 1. Placement of approximately 710,267 square yards of CRS-2P 3/8” chip seal and fog seal coat. 2. Re-establishing existing paint striping and markings as specified in the plans. 3. Period of Performance
