Work Details

The contract involves providing Concierge Meet and Greet Services at Boston Logan International Airport. Key services include: 1) Meeting arriving passengers at curbside; 2) Transferring passengers from gate to gate; 3) Greeting deplaned passengers at the gate for transport to baggage claims or back to curbside. The successful proposer must detail their proposed services in their response, indicating whether they will operate exclusively or alongside other operators. The proposal must also include a financial model that may consist of a Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) and Percentage Payments based on gross revenue generated from the concierge service operations.

Period of Performance
