Town Hall Window Glazing

Scope of Work

The Town of Palm Beach is seeking qualified contractors to perform the following services at the Town Hall Building, located at 360 South County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480: - Clean all windows - Remove silicon from glazing surfaces - Reglaze windows - Paint windows Contractors must have successfully completed at least three reglazing and painting projects on Tischler windows with a comparable number of openings.

Background

The Town Hall Building requires maintenance and restoration of its windows, specifically involving cleaning, silicon removal, reglazing, and painting, to ensure continued functionality and appearance.

Contract Requirements

- Bidders must demonstrate experience with at least three successful Tischler window reglazing and painting projects of similar scope. - Attendance at a mandatory site visit/pre-bid meeting at Town Hall (360 S County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480) is required. Only those in attendance will be permitted to submit a bid. - Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose submission meets all requirements and criteria of the Invitation to Bid (ITB). - The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, to award or not award a contract, and to act in the best interest of the Town. - Prices quoted must remain valid for ninety (90) days from bid close.
