Background

The City of Santa Fe, NM Youth and Family Services Division, in collaboration with the Human Services Committee, is seeking proposals for the 2026 Small Grant Funds. The goal of this initiative is to support projects that align with community priorities and enhance services for youth and families in Santa Fe.

Work Details

Proposals are invited for projects that can be categorized as either Existing Services or Pilot Projects. Each proposal must include a description of how it aligns with the selected Strategic Action Plan priority area, proposed strategies and performance measures, plans for data collection to assess project performance, anticipated barriers to implementation and strategies to address them, and a detailed budget outlining how requested funds (up to $40,000) will be utilized. The project should aim to serve a specified number of unduplicated participants in areas such as Adult Health or Behavioral Health, addressing priorities like Community Safety or Equitable Society.

Period of Performance

The funding is intended for projects that will be implemented in the year 2026.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed within the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements

Applicants must not currently be funded by the Human Services Committee or the Children and Youth Commission. Additional evaluation points may be awarded if the applicant is not receiving funding from these entities.
