Background The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is seeking to procure tankless water heater systems for FCC Coleman in Florida. The goal of this contract is to provide all necessary equipment, materials, accessories, and incidentals required to furnish commercial domestic tankless water heater systems that meet the facility's hot water demand and site conditions. The procurement is supply only, and the equipment must be new and of current production model. Work Details The contract includes the following items: 1. **Tankless Water Heater Units**: Rinnai CX199i or equal - Quantity: 165 units. 2. **Tankless Water Heater Rack System**: Rinnai CX199i or equal - Quantity: 2 units (for 6 tankless units each), 6 units (for 10 tankless units each), 3 units (for 11 tankless units each), and 3 units (for 20 tankless units each). Each rack system must include all manufacturer recommended accessories, controls, manifolds, mounting hardware, isolation valves, service valves, and communication cabling required for a complete factory assembled cascading system. 3. **Commercial Neutralization Tanks**: Model#103000067 or equal - Quantity: 14 tanks. These tanks must be manufacturer approved and properly sized for the associated condensing equipment. Bidder Requirements Bidders must provide equipment that is comparable to or superior to the specified commercial domestic water heater systems. The equipment identified shall be considered brand name or equal.
