The goal of this contract is to restore a portion of Cresheim Creek, which is experiencing erosion that threatens nearby structures and fencing. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: - Removal and replacement of chain link gates and fencing; - Removal of abandoned railroad siding and culvert; - Tree and shrub removal; - Regrading creek banks; - Installation of riprap, vegetation, live stakes, and turf; - Implementation of erosion and sediment pollution control measures. All work must be performed by trained and licensed personnel or subcontractors in accordance with the specified terms, conditions, and specifications. Period of Performance The contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete all work within 270 calendar days thereafter.
