PSP BESO SERT Lock Box Packages

Background

The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations (BESO) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure OPS Public Safety Lock Boxes for 2026 Dodge Durango units. This procurement aims to enhance the operational capabilities of the PSP by providing secure storage solutions for emergency response equipment.

Work Details

The contract involves the supply of EZ-Stack Custom Dodge Durango Organizers, specifically designed for 2026 Dodge Durango vehicles. The specifications include: - Aluminum construction with a 1.5" cargo rail around sides and back. - A single storage drawer measuring 10"H x 40"W x 26"D, featuring: - Powdercoat black finish on top surface and drawer face (Option B). - 200lb drawer slides that are detachable. - Key locking mechanism. - Two side-to-side dividers and a rubber mat. - Gun boxes included: two boxes per organizer, each measuring 12"H x 7.5"W x 36"D with 250lb slides that are detachable, equipped with a COMPX lock (ECO SERIES ECO-S-U-T-3). - Additional components include a mounting base fitting models from 2011 to 2020 Dodge Durango and a safety barrier assembly with a 2” diamond cutout (22 units required). All items must be delivered assembled and duty ready.

Period of Performance

The delivery of the lock boxes and accessories must occur within 30 days of receipt of the purchase order.

Delivery location is specified as Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations, Special Emergency Response Team, C/O Transportation Division, 1850 Arsenal Boulevard, Harrisburg, PA 17103-1213.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a Manufacturers Authorization Letter if they are not the original manufacturer of the equipment being provided. This letter must confirm authorization to supply the OEM's equipment and services required by this IFB. Additionally, bidders must complete and submit forms related to Reciprocal Limitations Requirements Act (GSPUR-89) and Worker Protection and Investment (BOP-2201) as part of their bid submission.
