Specific tasks include: - Sidewalk & curb edging twice per month from April to October. - Mulching, weeding, and planting seasonal flowering plants in designated areas. - Landscaping services approximately four times per year at specified locations including entrances to the hospital buildings. - Maintenance of ornamental beds, including removal of non-cultivated plants and debris, ensuring mulch is applied correctly using double or triple shredded hardwood mulch. - Pruning shrubbery and small ornamental trees according to approved techniques. - All work must be performed by trained personnel under good workmanlike standards.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract is one (1) year with four (4) optional one-year renewals.
