Real Estate Brokerage Services

Background

The City of North Adams, Massachusetts, through its Procurement Department, is soliciting proposals for real estate marketing and brokerage services. The goal of this contract is to engage qualified individuals or firms to provide these services in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFP NA-2026-011.

Work Details

The selected contractor will provide comprehensive real estate marketing and brokerage services for the City of North Adams. This includes but is not limited to: conducting market analysis, developing marketing strategies, listing properties, facilitating property showings, negotiating sales or leases, and providing guidance on real estate transactions. The contractor is expected to adhere to all specifications detailed in the RFP.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the completion of the services as defined in the RFP. Specific timelines will be established based on project needs.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of North Adams, Massachusetts.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be qualified individuals or firms with experience in real estate marketing and brokerage services. There are no specific set-aside certifications mentioned; however, bidders must comply with the provisions of the Uniform Procurement Act, M.G.L. c. 30B.
