Background The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide onsite phlebotomy services for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) in Houston, TX. The goal of this contract is to support healthcare services for Veteran beneficiaries by ensuring the availability of qualified phlebotomists to meet the medical needs of patients. Work Details The contractor shall provide a total of 33,280 phlebotomist hours per year, with an option to increase by an additional 11,050 hours as needed.
