This contract aims to provide berthing accommodations for the unit during their training and operational periods, ensuring that all personnel have suitable housing while fulfilling their duties. Work Details The contractor will provide temporary lodging for Coast Guard personnel from July 10, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option for an additional year. The services include: - Providing a total of 649 rooms (594 double-occupancy and 55 single-occupancy) during the base year and an estimated 716 rooms (616 double-occupancy and 100 single-occupancy) during the option year. - A total of approximately 1,825 room nights during the base year and an estimated 1,885 room nights during the option year. - The contractor must ensure that all facilities meet specific standards including cleanliness, pest control, and compliance with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act. - The hotel must maintain a rating of at least three diamonds by AAA or a Google star rating of 4.2 or higher. - All rooms must be accessible only via internal hallways with locked exterior doors. - The contractor shall not charge for additional services such as telephone or internet; these costs are to be borne by individual members. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at lodging facilities located in Clearwater, FL. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) The solicitation for temporary lodging/berthing for USCG PSU 307 appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award 70Z08425PDL940049 awarded to Travel Lodging Group in the amount of $356,792 (09/11/25–06/24/27) for “Temporary Lodging for PSU 307 Reservist.” The current requirement’s focus on providing room inventory and room nights for PSU 307 personnel in Clearwater, FL during a similar training/operational period aligns with that earlier PSU 307 reservist lodging effort, and a closely related prior award (70Z08425PDL940042) also reflects TS25 Clearwater berthing for PSU 307 in July 2025.
