MVMC Appian

Background

The Executive Office of Veterans Services (EOVS) is seeking quotes from authorized vendors for Appian subscription products and related cloud services to support Public Sector - Citizen Experience - Constituent Case Management. This RFQ is issued under the ITS86 Statewide Contract through COMMBUYS. Only vendors with an active ITS86 contract authorized to provide the proposed Appian products or services may submit a quote.

Work Details

Vendors shall quote the following Appian products and services: 1. Cloud Setup (One Time Fee) - SKU: 403-30000, Quantity: 1 2. Initial Production Instance - SKU: 403-49000, Quantity: 1 3. Non-Production Cloud XL Instance - SKU: 403-49200, Quantity: 1 4. Subscription - Public Sector - Citizen Experience - Constituent Case Management Starter Kit - SKU: 403-13105, Quantity: 2 5. Foundation Success Plan (Cloud) - SKU: 403-86500, Quantity: 1. The quote must clearly distinguish between recurring subscription charges, one-time charges, cloud setup charges, implementation or activation charges, success/support plan charges, and any other costs required for EOVS to use the proposed solution.

Period of Performance

The contract term is for 2 years, ending on June 30, 2028.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as specified in the RFQ.

Bidder Requirements

Respondents must be active ITS86 vendors in good standing and must identify their ITS86 contract number in their response. They must also be authorized to sell or provide the Appian products and services quoted. Pricing must not exceed applicable ITS86 ceiling pricing and must include all discounts available to the Commonwealth.
