NEC VOIP Phones and Equipment

Background

The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) Office of Enterprise Technology (OET) is seeking bids for the procurement of NEC VOIP Phones and associated equipment. The goal of this contract is to enhance telecommunications capabilities within the department, ensuring efficient communication systems are in place. The contract aims to deliver necessary hardware and software solutions to support the operational needs of MDH.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following NEC VOIP Phones and associated equipment: - 40 units of MP508/4S4O MediaPack 5xx analog VoIP gateway with 1 SIP, 4FXS and 4 FXO Voice Interfaces - 40 units of BE120882.1 ITK-8LCX-2(BK) TEL Refurbished - 40 units of BE119540 TEL GIGABIT ETHERNET LIC - 44 units of Q24-SV95SE BASIC - 4 units of BE119839 SV95SE MG-SIP SW TRK-1 LIC - 40 units of 1000053519 Voice Mail License - 40 units of Q24-CAT6 7FT cables - 2 units of 8700 SWA Coverage for UM8700 Voicemail - 21 units of BE114545 SWA PSA SV95 UNIT (24 months). All items must be new and unused, with a requirement for delivery by June 30, 2026.

Period of Performance

The contract period will extend until June 30, 2026, by which all products must be delivered.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to the Maryland Department of Health Noyes Children's Center located at 9925 Blackwell Road, Rockville, MD 20850.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be Master Contractors awarded under the PBX IV - Telecommunications Equipment and Services Master Contract #001B0600162. They must provide a Letter of Authorization from the Manufacturer or Distributor if requested. Bidders are required to submit password-protected bid documents and include a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid.
