Summary: Background The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for the project titled '656-26-702 EHRM Install DDPO – STC' at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. The goal of this contract is to support the deployment of Electronic Health Record (EHR) equipment by providing necessary infrastructure improvements, including data drops and power outlets, in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install additional Category 6A (Cat 6A) data drops, normal and emergency power outlets, conduit/conductors, and equipment bracing/mounting hardware. The work must comply with federal, state, and local codes as well as NFPA requirements. The project magnitude is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Period of Performance The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and complete it within 90 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed. Place of Performance St. Cloud VA Medical Center campus, 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud MN, 56303-2015. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns as per Public Law 109-461. They must represent that they are SDVOSB eligible under VAAR 819.70 and listed as a verified SDVOSB in the VetCert database. Additionally, contractors must furnish performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days after award.
