Scope of Work

The City is seeking proposals for the installation of a back-flow preventer at the Yerwood Community Center. The work includes, but is not limited to: - Supplying and installing a back-flow preventer in accordance with all applicable codes and standards - Ensuring all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used are produced in the United States, as required by the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) and further detailed in OMB Memorandum M-22-11

This solicitation is issued by the City for the Yerwood Community Center project. The Project Manager is Juan Porro, Associate Engineer.

Background

This project is funded in whole or in part with FEMA funds and is subject to federal requirements, including BABAA under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 177-58. Federal funds will be used to satisfy all or some of the resulting contracts.
