Contract Requirements

The bid form is divided into four (4) sections. To be eligible for an award in any section, bidders must provide a price quotation for every line-item listed within that section.

Instructions on Submission

Bidders must complete the bid form in full, ensuring that all line-items in each section are quoted. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from award consideration for that section.
