Phase II Services Completion and Phase III Construction Services

Background

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) is seeking to complete Phase II services and initiate Phase III construction services for a project aimed at preventing roadway overtopping along NM612. The prospective contractor, Souder Miller & Associates (SMA), has been involved in the project since its inception and is uniquely positioned to continue due to their extensive knowledge and prior work on the project.

Work Details

Souder Miller & Associates will provide the following services: - Completion of the remaining Phase II work including production plans, bidding services, right of way maps, monumentation, and production submittals. - Undertaking Phase III construction services focused on remediation of roadway overtopping at two culvert locations along NM612. The contract amount before tax is $137,860.05 with an estimated tax amount of $11,777.40.

Period of Performance

The term of the prospective contract is 4 years.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed in New Mexico, specifically along NM612.

Bidder Requirements

The prospective contractor must have an active SHARE Vendor Number (0000048816) and comply with New Mexico state regulations regarding sole source contracts.
