Background

The New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD) is seeking a multi-year agreement with the National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors (NASCUS) to enhance the supervision and oversight of credit unions in the state. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive professional services that support the state's regulatory framework for credit unions, ensuring alignment with national standards and best practices.

Work Details

The contractor will provide specialized training and professional development for examiners, access to educational resources, and opportunities for collaboration with other regulatory bodies. Specific services include: 1. The prospective contractor must be recognized as the authoritative representative body for state credit union supervision and must have a long-standing relationship with the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
